Application Privacy Notice

This notice covers the Axis Founding Athletes website and beta application. The separate Axis Privacy Notice applies if you create an Axis account.

What the application collects

The application asks for your name, email address, adult and iPhone eligibility, training activities and frequency, the tools you currently use, two short written answers about your training and current tools, how you heard about the beta, your ability to participate, and permission for Unboxed to contact you about the beta. Campaign tags and a random browser-generated attribution identifier may accompany the application.

Please do not include medical details, diagnoses, medications, injuries, routes, or other sensitive health information in the application.

How we use it

Unboxed uses application information to evaluate beta fit, select and contact participants, operate the Founding Athletes program, respond to applicant questions, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and understand which recruitment channels lead to applications.

Services involved

• Tally hosts the application and receives the answers you submit.
• Vercel hosts this website and the signed webhook that converts a completed application into a bounded analytics event.
• PostHog receives page views, application-link clicks, completion metadata, campaign tags, and the random attribution identifier. It does not receive your name, email address, application answers, or training details. Autocapture and session recording are disabled, and Axis events disable IP geolocation.

Retention and your choices

Application information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to select and operate the beta, handle follow-up, and maintain necessary security and program records. You may ask Unboxed to correct or delete your application, or to stop contacting you about the beta, by emailing info@beunboxed.com. Applying does not guarantee a beta spot.

Who is responsible

Unboxed operates Axis and is responsible for this application. Axis does not sell application information, use it for advertising, or use it to train or fine-tune models. Questions about this notice can be sent to info@beunboxed.com.
